The Auto and Terrier materials (Seat Cover Material) is made from solution dyed and UV stabilized polyester and solution dyed acrylic yarns. These are highly durable yarns – Definitely no cotton.

These yarns are extremely resistant to fading due to the colouration by high last fast pigments ntroduced to the polymer whilst still liquid, and the colour is evenly distributed through the cross section of the yarn.

We offer the following guarantee:
• 3 year non fade guarantee, for the use in seat covers.
• 2 year non fade guarantee, for the use in wheel covers.

The fabrics in the AUTO & TERRIER RANGE is treated with a Fluorocarbon treatment which imparts a water, oil and soil repellent finish. This finish aids in easy cleaning and quick drying. A biocide is added during the Fluorocarbon application which helps to prevent the growth of mildew. The fabrics in this range is not affected by mild acids and alkalis and so perspiration will not deteriorate or weaken the fabric. Careful and regular cleaning will ensure that the applied treatments continue to perform their function.
Both yarns and chemicals are manufactured in accordance with the latest accepted manufacturing regulations with sustainability and low environmental impact at their core. The products we use are all REACH compliant.

The fabric can be both washed at 40°C and or dry cleaned. If washed the fabric should be allowed to air dry and not tumble dried. A warm ironing treatment is recommended once the fabric is dry, as this enhances the water repellent properties of the fabric.
